i just wanna say thanks everyone for all your super nice encouraging messages! I’d reply to every single one but it’s a bit impossible, rest assured I read and appreciate every single one, love you all!! ;u;
Needed a break so I did some quick fanart of milkydayy’s Bumblebee redesign. I just love the subtle things in his designs! My favorite thing in this one is the fuzzy collar :D
AHH OMFG THIS IS GREAT GDSHGFHG I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! THANK YOU SO MUCH

i’m gonna give it a try of course! but i mean i have things OTHER than this comic to do like in real life, and if it’s gonna be THIS impossible to do it then it won’t last too long. And of course you can cosplay it, i’d be flattered, only one condition, please be sure to show me if you end up doing it! ;u;
dishevledwisdom replied to your post: It’s racist. Why couldn’t you depict her with natural black hair? Do you know how much discrimination goes towards African Americans? Are you a w a r e? You’re trying to make another mass-marketed Nicki Minaj in your shitty kiddy comic. You made her look insecure. Unable to love her OWN NATURAL HAIR COLOR enough! I won’t be reading this comic. Your view of women seems sexist as hell anyway.
There might be a reason that a character who’s symbol is a Bumblebee might want to dye her hair yellow that has nothing to do with insecurity.
THANK YOU AGAIN

wow would they just shut up already, you can be black and have blond hair without being insecure. The only problem about having blond hair when you’re black is white people talking shit about it, JEEZ.
THANK YOU

Anonymous asked: I know you’re very open to how you draw people but they way you dipicted bumble bee was kind of offensive towards Blacks/African Americans. She did not have ghetto blonde hair like that.
“Ghetto blonde hair”
Because when a white girl dyes her hair blonde thats fine right, cute even, but when the hair belongs to a black girl and it’s dyed blonde it’s considered “ghetto”.
And I know you’re coming at me from the way she was depicted in YJ, because she had straight hair. I don’t understand why a black person can’t dye their hair and it not be considered “ghetto” so please stop. I don’t in any way understand how it could be offensive so if you were to ENLIGHTEN me and I were to find a valid reasoning in you getting offended, I will apologize and change it. Otherwise I’m in love with the way I drew her hair, because in comic books white characters are the ones who always get to have different hair colors (purple, green, pink, you name it) and POC are never depicted with any other hair color but black/brown as if we were entirely unable to dye it/it be naturally not black/brown.
I’m super excited for Milkydayy’s Teen Titans Alpha project, so I made this :)
I’m still not totally sure if I’m happy with it, so I’d love feedback.
so good aahh!!! FJDAGDSS i love the way you drew her hood it looks really drapey great job on the clothing wrinkles aahhh!!
